My SUV needed an oil change. Was in and out very quickly. The staff was friendly and I felt very comfortable with the COVID safety procedures.

They took my car in very quickly even though their schedule was full after I explained that a power window had failed and the car could not be locked up. While the car was there, they performed additional services, including an oil change and smog check. Decent value, excellent service and very reliable workmanship, which I value as my vehicle is 26 years old.

The people at Roesbery Walnut Creek were great! Last week or thereabouts the catalytic converter was stolen from my car. I remember seeing past reviews about Roesbery on Yelp before so I thought I’d give them a call. They couldn’t be nicer. Took my car over there and left it for them to look at. Turned out that indeed that was the case and had them replace it for me. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and even recommended that I get a guard to help deter future thefts. Could not be happier with their service. Will be taking my car for everything going forward.

These folks are amazing! Had a window that would not roll up, getting cold outside,dropped in and their tech jumped right in and got it up, no wind! Then they ordered the parts Got a call -parts arrived and next day all done, on a Saturday to boot,! Great service & nice people, give them Call, you won’t regret it. The Pease Family
