My uncle Wilson still does not do social media such as twitter, facebook, instagram or yelp, so I am writing this review for him. I am paraphrasing below what my uncle told me of his experience with Roesbery Car Care. My uncle Wilson still drives 20 miles from his home to Walnut Creek to have his car serviced by the people at Rosebery Car Care on North Main Street. My uncle now drives a Kia Sedona minivan and he has trusted Mike Jr and Mila and their mechanics to provide the best quality service. My uncle has had front and rear brakes serviced, power steering pump, shocks and struts, air conditioning, and tires replaced. My uncle has used RCC since 2003 for his car maintenance needs. Mike Jr has the utmost integrity just like his father Mike Sr who started the company. My uncle trusts Roesbery Car Care over car dealership service advisors who make money on as many repairs that they can sell you. Roesbery Car Care is family owned. Sign up for RCC's Car Club and save money on major repairs. 06/12/14 - My uncle Wilson asked me to update the review for Roesbery Car Care. Today, the mechanics at Roesbery replaced the starter for my uncle's 2006 Toyota Sienna with 107,215 miles. They also discovered a small nail stuck in-between the treads of one of his tires after he told Mike (owner) that the Sienna's tire pressure monitoring system kept warning about a low pressure tire. My uncle plans on having his Sienna's timing belt and water pump changed when his odometer reaches 120,000. My uncle does not mind driving 20 miles from his home to Roesbery because he trust their work. Go to Roesbery Car Care for your car maintenance/repair needs. You can trust Mike (owner), Amber (service manager), and the mechanics for fairly priced quality work. My uncle Wilson asked me to write this review for him because he does not believe in using social media such as facebook, twitter or yelp because of privacy and security concerns. Basically, he wants to keep his life private, but he wants me to recommend Roesbery Car Care for their great service. My uncle has been a customer of Roesbery Car Care in Walnut Creek since 2003 having serviced his Isuzu Rodeo, Scion xB and Toyota Sienna by Mike Roesbery Sr. (owner), Mike Roesbery Jr (owner), and Amber Bisevic (service manager). Yes, my uncle has owned three different cars used by family members. My uncle drives 20 miles from his home for minor and major service (oil changes, 15k, 30k, 45k, 60k, 90k, air conditioning service, radiator coolant flush, brake service, timing belt, and other services recommended by Roesbery). He highly recommends Roesbery Car Care because they are a small family owned business with great customer service and high integrity. RCC will not recommend services not needed and they will not overcharge you for needed services like a car dealership or a repair shop like Wheel Works. RCC always give you an estimate of needed or recommended work and they ask your permission before they start said work. My uncle said who are you going to trust, a family owned business which has been around for over 20 years, or a car dealership where the service advisers make their commission money by recommending and selling the most expensive services. He said you should call Roesbery Car Care and make an appointment for service so they can set some time for your car rather than just show up because they may be booked with work for the day.
