Great service always

While moving my son from Sac to Oakland this past Sunday, his Prius lost all power and I barely made it off the freeway. As luck would have it, I spotted Roesbery Car Care right on the left and I willed the car to their parking lot. I left a phone message with them giving a recap of what had occurred and the reason we had to abandon the car in their lot. I received a call first thing Monday morning from Mike and he assured me that he'd have a diagnosis by the end of the day. True to his word, Mike called by closing time and broke down what needed to be repaired and the costs, all which seemed fair and reasonable. The car was ready the following day, with no additional surprise costs! There was a bit of a hiccup on the car pickup, but Mike offered to meet my son at the shop after hours so he wouldn't need to spend more money on a car rental. We couldn't be more satisfied with Roesbery Car Care's professionalism, promptness and honesty. It can be scary working with an auto repair shop so far from home and one you're unfamiliar with. I couldn't recommend Roesbery Car Care enough...it was a huge bummer to break down, but thankfully if it had to happen it was in Walnut Creek right off the exit where their shop is located!!!

Rosebery and Mila always give outstanding service. I know when I hand my car over it’s going to be treated with great care and it is going to get a full diagnostic and any issues are going to be addressed. If I’m a budget they will always go over the most important and any safety issues I should get done first and what I can hold off repairing. Rosebery is the best place to go for good service, quality work at a great price. I have been going to Rosebery since I moved to Pleasant Hill 7 years ago.

I got my power window regulator and motor replaced here the other day and had a great experience. Mila and Mike were professional, friendly, and enthusiastic in answering my questions. I've been taken advantage of at these kinds of places in the past (due to my total ignorance of car mechanics) so I tend to be kind of paranoid and ask a lot of questions. They were both really nice about it and explained everything. Also the price was great! Definitely coming back in the future.

They even had to deal with spiders, and still got the job done on time and for a great price. Again, great job guys. On your busiest week, you got my car in and fixed, very affordable. Great service. I will make sure to spread the word. I had my car start overheating. Took it in on a Wednesday at almost 6. They took my car in, called with a diagnosis on Thursday and had my car ready earlier than promised on Friday. Great price, great service and very friendly. Last time I had a car issue, the shop I used quoted one price, then wanted to charge a higher price, so I was pleased that they kept the quoted price. I will be back to them for all my car care needs.
