Mike and the Crew did a magnificent job on my GS 350 Lexus. My car was giving me a nightmare experience. But he and the crew took their time and thoroughly investigated and investigate until they figured out the problem and resolved it within a timely fashion and a fair & reasonable cost. My husband and I have been coming here for years and every time we receive phenomenal service. Today we came in because we had issues with our vehicle that we just bought and no near by dealership would take the time to take a look to see what was wrong. We called Rosebery Car Care to see if they had a little time to just take a peak and they did! We were in and out in 20 minutes and they found and fixed the problem! Shoutout to Ramila, Rick, Tony and Juan for each taking the time to try and figure it out! They also tested everything to make sure everything else was good to go. Thank you guys!!
