I am not sure if you can use the word that's coming next in the same sentence as mechanic, but Mike and this shop was a total blessing to me! I stumbled upon this shop via Groupon and Mike told me to come in first to see if I even needed the service before purchasing the deal. When I got there the customer service was outstanding. They were able to do an inspection on the car and schedule me for service the following business day. The highlight of this place: Mike. As a fellow owner/operator, it's always nice to have someone close to the business. But it was his personality and willingness to share about his family, take the time to chat and he actually showed me what was wrong with my car. It took the customer experience to a whole new level. Although I live in the East Bay, I will come back here whenever service is needed and recommend folks to use this place for sure. Plus it's walking distance to chic-fil-a. I mean what more could you want!
