Great customer service. Love being able to make and appointment online. They spent a good amount of time trying to duplicate the issues that I was concerned about. Mike called and explained everything clearly and made recommendations. The service was prompt, fair priced and courteous.

I had a great overall experience at Roesbery Car Care. First of all, I called to make an appointment and they fit me into the schedule on a short notice. I was running late and called to let them know, and they said to just bring it in when I had a chance. When I got there, Mila helped me, and was super friendly and helpful. She told me up front how much an oil change would cost, gave me a printout of the cost breakdown and then told me the approximate amount of time it would take. She called when it was finished (about 1.5 hours) and I was happy to see that I was charged less than the estimated cost because they charged less for the labor cost. I will be coming back for my next oil change!

Prompt, efficient service with a friendly staff.

We just moved into the neighborhood and my husband noticed a loud screeching noise coming from the back tire. Of course when he takes the car in for the mechanics to check, the noise went away. The mechanic drove the car around and checked the brakes. Nothing wrong! My husband was expecting Mike to charge him for the check up but he didn't!! Few days later the noise came back so my husband took it back and the mechanic heard the noise this time, figured out the problem and fixed it! My husband does not have yelp, but he was raving about this shop so I figure I write the review for him. He said it was nice to not feel pressured and that the team was very patient with him. He tends to not trust mechanics but for some odd reason he felt good about working with Mike and the team. He felt Mike was very honest about servicing the car. Apparently my husband asked for an oil change but the shop said he doesn't need it yet based on the sticker from our last oil change and the use of full synthetic oil. So honest! I'm glad we found our future mechanic, especially because it is walking distance! Thank you so much!

It was my first visit to this auto repair shop and it was a pleasant experience! I called the day before I came in to schedule headlight replacement. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was very polite and scheduled me right away for the next morning. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and they were able to replace the lights within couple of minutes. Overall, great service!

This place is amazing. I called a few days ago to see if they would take a look at my car because I thought my car was lurching a bit (and someone driving behind me told my car was smoking!). Mila (the receptionist) welcomed me to come right in. When I arrived they told me they would do a preliminary check at no charge and then if needed, do a more comprehensive exam (for a charge). I appreciated them being upfront about the cost since I did not want to get ripped off. I dropped off my car and waited until they looked at it, at which point the mechanic there- Ricky, let the engine run but could not find anything unusual. Since it was preliminary, there was no charge. Still unsure what happened that day to make my car run oddly, but very thankful for this place giving me peace of mind. Would definitely recommend and will come back if needed!

Fantasticly quick service. They also gaveme a great price to fix my rear brake light. I Will go back for sure.
