We were introduced to this place through Groupon. After discussing our brake service needs, the work was completed and we left. Unfortunately, we had to return under a month later due to severe shaking when braking, regardless of speed. We discussed this with the owner Mike. Unable to determine, or agree on what caused the brakes to malfunction so quickly, we left and received service from another establishment. Surprisingly, we heard from Mike a few weeks later. He explained that the machine that they use for brake service was found to be malfunctioning, and was not calibrated correctly. He apologized, and followed through with refunding the cost of the complete brake service! What a stand-up, and professional gesture! We were very pleased with his attitude, and would return for future service needs. Thanks again Roesbery Auto for an overall, great experience!
