I am from Illinois and was helping my daughter with her move to the area when her car experienced brake issues the day before I was to leave. We needed a local auto repair shop in a hurry & someone suggested to us Roesbery Car Care. I called & was amazed you were able to get us in that afternoon to look at the vehicle, and were actually able to make all repairs that were needed by the end of the day. I found Roesbery on yelp as one of the few shops in my area that are open on a Saturday. I was able to arrive a little after 7:30am without an appointment and was told they would hopefully be able to complete all the work before the end of the day. I brought in my scion as the brakes were making a strange noise. Joseph gave me a ring a few hours later to let me know what was needed. As promised, my car was all fixed up before 5:30pm! I'm so glad to have found a shop that will make sure my car is good to go for my daily commute! Thanks again so much for taking care of me and my car!!

I was able to bring my car in early saturday morning despite not having an appointment. There are not a lot car repair places open on weekends. I was able to get my car in and out and all taken cared for in one day. Thank you for the fair pricing and taking the time to explain what was needed for me to drive safely on a daily basis.

Staff very personable and it made me feel very comfortable in my decision to receive service from this vendor, this was my first visit. Also, the turnaround for ordering parts needed for car was very quick and job was completed hours prior to estimated time I was informed it would be ready. Would definitely go again!!
