Mike is honest! And he does a great job with a fair price. He presents options and gives his opinions. He gets to know your car and can tell you what you need and what you don't. We once took our car in with a wheel issue. He diagnosed loose lug nuts, tightened all of them and didn't charge me a dime! Thanks Mike for treating us right.

Called Mike this morning at 8AM. The electric window on my car had stopped working the night before. I informed Mike that I know it is short notice, but I really need the car back by the afternoon. Mike said, "No problem come on down." Dropped my car off and thought, while i'm here maybe have them change the oil. Again no problem. The customer service at Rosebery Car Care is OUTSTANDING!!! They really put their customer's first. Mike had me in and out before lunch was over!! Thanks again Mike!!!! As a 25 year Walnut Creek resident i feel extremely thankful to have such an outstanding customer service based business right in my own backyard! I will be recommending Rosebery Car Care to everyone i know!!!!

I continue to receive great service here for all of my car issues and oil changes! Thanks for providing great, dependable, and affordable service time after time!! I really enjoyed my experience here and felt like I could trust them with not doing any unnecessary fixes or costly upgrades on my car. I really don't know a lot about cars, so this is a really big thing to me. I took my car to a family friend back home for all my car needs, but just moved to this area a few months ago. I can honestly say I feel the same way bringing my car here as I did to my family friend. They are so sweet and you know you're not getting screwed over! What else could you ask for in a car place??
