Friendly, honest, professional car repairs! My car did not have stellar maintenance on it for the past 4 years. Yes, my bad. I had taken my car to Roesbery in Pleasant Hill earlier this year for a smog check using a coupon I had received. I liked them for that and decided to try them for an oil change / tune up and to find out what needed to be fixed. I immediately liked Amber who works the front desk. She was friendly and also drove me back to my home while the car was serviced. A few hours later I got a call from Mike, the owner. He reviewed with me all the work that needed to be done and he explained why! You never get the why something has to be done at other places. This immediately gave me confidence. I gave them the ok to proceed with the fixes. I offered that if they needed my car overnight that was fine. Good thing they kept it! The head mechanic worked on my car (gosh I've forgotten his name, sorry) took my car out for a test drive to check it all out. He heard a clicking noise from the car that turned out to be rather severe. Mike called again, explained it to me. The one side was the problem and needed immediate correction. I asked about the second side and he said he had no idea how long it would last me. I made the decision to do both at the same time. They could do it and get me my car back that day. They even picked me up so I could get my car. Talk about professional and friendly - they shine at this. Mike called me the next day to check in and see how the car was driving. Great! Then to blow me away, today I got an actual thank you note from them with a note that they hope both me and my car are doing well. Then reminded me that if I had any questions to let them know. They know what is important to a business - great mechanics, friendly and professional staff that truly treats its customers like a good friend! Take your car / vehicle here, you will be very pleased!
