The past 2 weeks my family has had the worst possible luck with cars. My Saturn Vue started making this loud clanking noise when I accelerated and it was obvious that it could not drive much further. Fortunately, I was close enough to home and was able to park it in the garage until I could get it looked at. The very next day my aunt's transmission failed in traffic (I was there.) She has a Saturn Ion. Yeah, Saturns are awful. We learned this late. Anyway we took my aunt's car to another shop first, and when I had the time to take my car to the shop I called Rosebery Car Care because I remembered years ago that someone told me they were honest and fair and this seems to be true. I spoke with Mike throughout the process of towing it there to towing it back home (I am still figuring out what exactly I am going to do with my car at this point) and he was straightforward with me about what was wrong with my car and even gave me some tips on what to do as far as selling or possibly donating my car. Even though Rosebery wasn't able to do any work on my car because it was too expensive for me to fix (about 4K for a used transmission and 7K for a new one) When I acquire a another car, I am confident that I will be taking it there for any needed services. Also, if you are looking for a used car, Rosbery will check it out before you make your purchase so you can ensure that you aren't getting a lemon (I will probably be going back for that!) Thank you so much Mike and Rosbery Car Care :)
