I feel very fortunate to have a person and friend I can trust with my car issues..if you want a person that you can trust .....which is hard to find in the car repair business.....call Mike he is the owner and put your worries aside , Well today was the first time my car needed to be towed...Toyota 275,000 miles I called Mike and he told me not to worry. I brought the car in and he gave me best and worst case scenario....he had my car fixed and running by the end of the day and the estimate was at the low end... What could have been a very bad and expensive problem turned out to be a fairly easy fix... Any other shop could have said I needed XYZ and charged me almost triple but Mike and his team were able to fix the problem with charging me an arm and a leg..... Not even an arm... Thank you Mike and ROSEBERRY . Today I had to take my car in for service but didn't have an appointment they said sure we would take it in. They were so busy that Mike the owner had to do the work on my car himself. If you need your car fixed and want honest help this is the place to go. I moved to Oakland but still come back here for my service. I have been going to ROSEBERRY for over 2 years and have referred all my friends and work colleagues. Mike the owner is very fair and trustworthy my dad use to be my mechanic before but now I trust Mike to guide me for all the service on my auto. Thank you. I have moved to Oakland from Walnut Creek but still plan on coming back as the service is worth the trip.

As a woman, it is always scary bring my car to an auto shop. But I have been to Roesbery numerous times and I feel like they are honest and helpful. Today I brought my car in as I could hear a "clicking" sound in the front...... They examined my car. Apparently, something had come loose and they were able to easily fix it. There was no charge!! I've been driving for 30 years and have never left an auto shop without paying!! I would recommend them to anyone!

Great bunch of guys, great front desk service and fair prices. Mike at the front desk was a pleasure to work with. He accommodated my schedule and squeezed me in when he learned that my troubled truck was my only means of transportation. He did exactly what we all expect when going to a shop- gave me a clear and concise quote, and was as clear in the final bill. Why can't these other shops learn that a key to customer satisfaction is no surprises! Thanks Mike, truck is running good now and will hold me over till I decide what to do next. I'll recommend you guys.
