As usual the service was professional, prompt and courteous. When other work, not initially specified, was suggested the details of the work and why it was suggested was was clearly laid out, there was no pressure or dire predictions made if it weren't done.

I was traveling last week from San Diego by myself when my car overheated near walnut creek. It was a very scary experience to be on my own, away from home, with car troubles. I ended up at Roesbery Car Care where mike and his team totally went above and beyond to make me comfortable and take care of the issue. Mike the owner personally explained what was going on with my Honda Civic and priced the repair fairly. I am over the moon grateful for his expertise and care for the customer.
