I was impressed with this place. I worked with Mike and Tracy who were both great honest people, which is really hard to find. I felt I could really trust them (they are a nice family run business) and as a woman this is really important for me as I personally do not know a lot about cars -which puts them 2 stars ahead of anyone else I've brought my car into. I would definitely recommend taking your business here.

I took my car to Lexus of Concord because of a recall, and to replace my engine filter (small service). I get a call the next morning (it's SATURDAY) saying that I need $1700! in service because there is a hole in my power steering pressure hose, my arm bushing need to be replaced + alignment afterwards, a low light is out, my license plate light is out... holly cow. I just about had a heart attack, and instantly went onto yelp to find somewhere with good reviews and quick service. Mind you it's Saturday around 12 noon when I start calling around. Then here comes Roesbery to the rescue! I called them and told them what I needed immediately and they had the parts! The woman on the phone was extremely nice, Christina, and when I got there she was so so nice and helpful. I was basically freaking out because of all the things Lexus said I needed repaired, and Roesbery calmed me down and walked me through (1) what each repair really is, (2) how they repair it, (3) the products they use, (4) the price comparison, and (5) WHEN i need to repair it. Lexus of Concord put all the previous listed things in the "red zone", whereas Roesbery told me what really needed to be done today, they did it, and charged me almost half of what Lexus quoted me. Then the mechanic came out and gave me a time estimate for the other things I needed fixed. I am so impressed by this place. Coming in as a woman is always difficult to any mechanic shop, especially as me who has my head in books all day and doesn't know anything about cars. They even drove me to the library so I wouldn't have to wait in the office for my car to get done; I was able to get some work done as they worked their magic on my baby. They were so nice, so helpful, and very honest. I live in Sacramento but I plan on bringing my car here anytime I need service. A+++++++ for Roesbery!! Thank you guys!!

Was in the East Bay and stopped here to get my oil changed (long overdue). The people at Roseberry Car Care were quick, affordable, and best of all honest! This was no Jiffy Lube experience where you get up-sold and lied to about 100 things that need to be replaced. The people working on my car gave me an honest assessment about what needed to be done and then did it quickly and very well! I will 100% be coming back here again for my next oil change!

I have a 1999 Audi A4 with 155k on it and I have used this Roesberry location to maintain it for the past 6 or 7 years. They have always been very fair and do a great job of getting the car in and repairs done in a timely way. On top of that, they are very friendly and will take time to explain an issue or take you out to the garage to give a visual as to what the problem is. Overall, I've been very satisfied with the service and results.

I recently bought a Groupon for Roesbery Car Care that included an oil change and a mechanic's appraisal. I sat on it for too long and the good folks here were kind enough to honour the Coupon even though it was a few days past due. I made a Friday appointment, dropped the car off, and when returned when it was ready and on time. I have a 1999 Subaru Legacy with 160,000+ miles on it, so I knew darn well that there would be a "Your Car is Ready, But we Found a Few Things" discussion. At this point, I usually tense up and worry about the damage that will be inflicted on my credit card. Actually, the list was pretty reasonable and Christine did a good job describing the items, and offering a rough "Safety First" prioritization. I really appreciated that. Now for those of you (including me) who have exclaimed - "Can You Believe How Much They Charged for X?", I went and got a second opinion at Diablo Auto Specialists. This is Gayle's shop and she subsequently convinced me that the Family that car repairs together, stays together. My final work list and bill from Diablo Auto Specialists was fully in line with what Roesbery Car Car provided. It turned out to be a "Win Win" choice as my car would have been equally well cared for here.

I've had the opportunity to bring both my wife's car in as well as my own. Both cars aren't easy to work on too. Each and every time I've been there the service mgr, Christine, has been a jewel. She knows what to do & brings the needed repairs in at a price I can live with. I've used Weatherford BMW for my car which will never happen again, and Chris beats out the dealership by a landslide. I highly recommend one of their shops since I know there will never be any problems or anything dishonest.

When I was desperate to find a good mechanic, this company caught my eye because it is family owned and operated. A lot of times when I go in, I talk with Mike Roesbery himself... he even answers the front desk phone sometimes. I have an old car which has needed a lot of work, and Mike is always incredibly kind and professional; he takes the time to explain exactly what is going on with my car and why and how things happen. His prices are incredibly reasonable, very fair. And not only is Mike great, but the whole team at Roesberry Car Care is very kind and welcoming... they even give me rides when I need to drop off my car. I've been going here just about 2 years now and am very satisfied. I highly recommend them!
